In order to promote excellence around the world and demonstrate excellence in management consulting,
the International
Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI), CMC-Global has established the Constantinus
International Award.
Promoting the consulting sector as a whole, as well as individual excellent and unique consulting
projects, is the key
objective of this award. This award was established in 2011 to recognize all the outstanding
achievements of the
industry, as stated by the chairman of CMC-Global (www.cmc-global.org;
www.constantinus-international.com).
In addition to promoting the consulting sector nationally and globally, this award is a platform for
international
cooperation, in particular for the nominees this award is an important mechanism to strengthen
relationships with
clients and increase the international recognition of consulting projects. This award evaluates both
the providers of
consulting services (consulting companies) and the recipients of these services (clients) and their
role in the
implementation of projects and the implementation of its results, being the only international award
in this aspect.
All CMC-Global member institutions have the opportunity to nominate 3 national nominees, i.e. 3
outstanding consulting
projects, selected by a national jury and awarded nationally, in addition, each participating
institute must appoint two
jury members. The jury consists of international experts in the field of management consulting and
leading
representatives of successful businesses. Projects are evaluated according to the following
criteria:
- commercial efficiency: impact on income, profit, process improvement, productivity growth,
significant organizational
changes;
- strategic power: effectiveness of the project and its influence on the market, company development,
innovations,
improvement of human resources qualification;
- the quality of the consultation or consulting solution: the creativity of the proposed solutions and
methods, the
satisfaction of clients and other partners involved in the project and their employees, the quality of
the
documentation;
- efficiency: price/performance ratio, speed of project execution, cost control, productivity,
long-term effect;
- the international aspect: the creation of new jobs, the impact on regional and national
economies.
The award ceremony takes place at the annual ICMCI international conference.
